These high quality punch bags come with their own heavy duty 4 strand chain sets and a strong swivel.

England, Scotland, Wales ( 3-4 days ) - £40 per bag.
Northern Ireland ( 3-4 days ) - £60 per bag.
Isle of Man, Channel Isles, Scilly and Scottish Isles - ( 3 - 4 Days ) - £80 per bag.
Republic of Ireland EIRE - ( 3 - 4 Days ) - £80 per bag.
We do not ship these punchbags to any other locations at present.

Deliveries are generally all sent by Parcel Force recorded mail both in the UK and Internationally.
If the order is placed before 12 noon and the goods are in stock, they will be dispatched the same day.
Deliveries in the UK are sent with a 24 hour delivery time on working days ( Mon-Fri ).
You will only pay 1 set rate for deliveries in the UK of £10, no matter how many items you order in 1 go, except for the heavy punch bags - please call us before ordering any punch bags and we will get you the best courier delivery prices possible.
If you order the punch bags before speaking to us, you will be responsible for the extra costs for delivery, which you will be invoiced for before we dispatch the goods
All International orders, you will receive an estimated cost for shipping at the checkout, but may be liable to a further charge once goods are packed and weighed prior to collection from the delivery company.
